Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the second half of 2010s. Aleesha Young was born in the year 1984 in an athletic family. Her father took part in bodybuilding as did her siblings and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was granted her professional card following her win at her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. When she started to compete she did so in the year the year 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she placed 9th. In 2015, she maintained her ninth place result. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and 2016 in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha was steadily improving since then has won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning her first Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS Rising Phoenix in the year 2020. She finished 4th, which was her top place. But, the "World's strongest mother" was forced to stop bodybuilding for health-related reason.
